Yvonne’s 24 Carat Wedding Cake

Café owner/partner Yvonne has just finished this wonderful pastel coloured three tier sponge wedding cake for a client.  It is a carrot cake, chocolate and Victoria sandwich based cake, marzipan covered and iced in pastel green.  However the Bride wished to have the middle tier completely covered in edible real gold leaf! Expensive, but certainly a cake to remember.

      We will be starting with just the partners until we see how busy we will be, but no harm in sending in a C.V. for Yvonne to look at and record.
